Terms of Use

These terms apply to www.ictf.lk and every service on it, run by Information Communication Technology Forum (PVT) LTD(“ICTF”). By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of learning materials

Lessons, notes, slides, books, model papers and videos published by ICTF are for your personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, re-upload or distribute them without written permission. Government past papers are shared for study, and their copyright remains with the original publisher.

Accounts

Portal accounts are personal. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared, misused, or used to cheat in exams.

Classes and payments

Class fees, schedules and any refund conditions are given when you register and may change between terms. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Fees for a month already started are generally not refundable; contact us if there is a problem with a payment.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or other users’ accounts.
• Do not post or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our forms.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download the site’s content.

Third-party content and advertising

Some pages embed YouTube videos and Google Drive files, and public pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services advertised, and ads do not mean ICTF endorses them.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep course information, answers and results accurate, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, ICTF is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Official examination results are those published by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
